Join in the KSRAT app
One form: your goals, training history and routine, a short health screen and your consent. Nothing is charged here.

We review it, then we talk
A video or phone call with your coach. If your health screen flags anything, we'll ask for a doctor's OK before we start.

Choose your term
3, 6 or 12 months, paid up front. Longer terms cost less per month.

Your login is set up, your plan lands in the app and we fix your weekly check-in day.

Two minutes from you. A review from your coach within 48 hours. Repeat, and keep evolving.

- We coach clients abroad too, billed in US dollars or British pounds.

- Three weeks out, we sit down together and plan what comes next.

I have an injury or a health condition. Can I still join?
Tell us in your intake. The health screen exists for exactly this. If anything needs a doctor's OK, we'll ask for it before we start. We coach fitness; we don't treat medical conditions.
Where is KSRAT based?
Delhi. Online members can be anywhere in the world.
Can I train online and at the studio?
Yes. Mention it on your call and we'll set you up for both.
What happens to my health information?
It goes straight into KSRAT's own system, not a third-party form. We handle it under India's DPDP Act 2023, and under UK/EU GDPR for members abroad.
